Return & Exchange Policy

Daniela Swaebe Fashion Jewels strives for you to be satisfied with your purchase. Once an order has been processed you may not cancel the order. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange by.
Please contact our customer service representative by email at customerservice@dsfjewels.com for a return authorization Number. No returns will be accepted after the 14 day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven't receive your refund after 72 hours please contact us at customerservice@dsfjewels.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customerservice@dsfjewels.com for a Return Authorization Number.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 12650 NW 25th Street Suite#112 Miami Florida US 33182 along with your Return Authorization Number. Please note DSF Jewels will not process any returns without a Return Authorization Number

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return/Exchange policy for promotional items:
All Items an be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receipt. No return/exchange will be accepted after the 7 day period. To receive a refund/exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges on promotional items are not covered by DSF Jewels.
